The importance of assessing suppliers, during the pre-approval period or within the normal business cycle, is critical to ensuring your company’s continuity and ability to provide high-quality products to your end customers. Often, this interaction and subsequent data collection from suppliers is carried out manually, making it difficult to obtain insights, define and track action items, consolidate responses, and prepare for audits.
In this informative webinar, Rhythm Innovations discusses the supplier assessment life cycle and how implementing a digital supplier engagement platform improves accuracy, fosters collaboration, and reduces operating costs while enhancing insights. You will hear from two procurement and supply chain experts who have worked in environments that used manual and digital methods to connect with suppliers and why digital is the only sustainable way forward.
What you can learn from the session:
This webinar will be beneficial to smaller and mid-sized organizations and to large enterprises who wish to begin their digital supplier engagement journey. Of course, it is open to any company interested in reducing cost and gaining critical insights on their supply chain.
